Once a Hornet, Always a Hornet 

 

Michael is a first generation American. His father came to the USA from Italy. He learned responsibility at an early age being a latch key kid, working a variety of jobs in home remodeling, landscaping, golf caddy, babysitting and even baseball announcing.  Michael then moved to Roswell in 1986 where he attended Crabapple Middle School and then graduated from Roswell High School.  At RHS he was an honor student where he excelled in academics, played in the marching band, and he first developed his appreciation in business serving as President of Future Business Leaders of America.  For his time at Georgia State University he worked hard and paid his own way, being the first in his family to get a bachelor’s degree (Business Administration). 

 

Today he is a dedicated family, married 26 years, and has 3 amazing sons.  He and wife have built a successful small business based here in Roswell where he serves as the CEO, CFO and Managing Partner of Dal Cerro Group, LLC, a purpose-driven firm providing real estate and recruiting services. As chief executive he is responsible for the vision, strategic direction, and financial oversight of the firm.  

 

He has extended his education attending the Georgia Academy for Economic Development at the Georgia Department of Economic Affairs.   

 

In addition, he has a very long history of volunteerism in the community :

Michael will be ready to go on Day One.  He has attended or streamed nearly 90% of city council meetings over the past 4 years.  He understands the issues.
